Apple Pork Tenderloin

List of ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin.
1/2 cup of apple juice.
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar.
3 tablespoons of brown sugar.
1 clove garlic, minced.
1 apple, cored and sliced into rings.
Directions:
Place the tenderloin in a baking dish.
Combine the apple juice, cider vinegar, brown sugar and garlic; then pour over the pork tenderloin.
If desired, tenderloin can be marinated in juice mixture, for a few hours or overnight.
When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 350F.
Top tenderloin with apple rings and cover dish.
Bake for 2 hours 45 minutes, or until tenderloin reaches internal temperature of 180F on meat thermometer.
Remove to platter and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
