Powdered sugar.
1/3 cup of port wine.
Salt and pepper, to taste.

Here is one of our very favorite recipes for apple brownies:
Ingredients:
One stick of margarine.
1 cup of sugar.
1 egg, beaten.
1/2 cup of chopped nuts.
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped.

Waffle ingredients:
2 medium eggs.
2 cups of milk.
2 cups of pancake mix.
1 cup of finely chopped apple.
1/4 cup of melted butter.
1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Directions:
Place the eggs, milk, pancake mix and melted butter in bowl.
Beat with a mixer until the batter is fairly smooth.
